Oh the wait....

I am sitting here at work at 12:22 p.m. waiting patiently for this little boy to arrive. I have been having contractions for the past couple of days, pretty sure they are only Braxton Hicks, but I'm hoping they are doing some of the ground work. A couple weeks ago, the midwife said my cervix was thin. I cannot wait to see his face. Just as my first born, he to has been here before. His spirit has returned to the earth once again. I wonder who he was before, what he did in his past life. I cannot wait to meet him...it's amazing to love so deep, so strong, so fearless.

Finally getting started....

So, I'm sitting here this evening reading VeganTickles blog and thought to myself as I have so many times, I need to start my blog. So here I am. It has taken me forever to get it going. A little about me, I am currently 25 years old and 36 weeks pregnant with my 2nd son. I am vegan and have been for almost 4 years. I love to cook and some of my recipes and vegan fusions will be featured on this blog. I am currently in pursuit of my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an intended focus on Children and Adolescents. I love my job!!!! Seriously...it is the most amazing place I've ever worked and my children rock!!!! What you are in for is a treat. I will try to post each week and include pictures of meals I've cooked, recipes I've either came up with or tried, information I've discovered [as I am heavy into wholistic and natural living], and whatever else I want to share.
